Hello again!

It’s SO good to be back!

When I last wrote to you all, I announced that I was stepping back for a while to focus on ‘Your Podcast Pipeline', the business I’ve built to guide creators to grow their shows through editorial development. That’s evolving beautifully, but guess what?

The pause from AudioDiaspora had a huge upside: I was able to reconnect with the creativity and innovation that I had loved promoting here in the first place - the books, podcasts, and visual content. And I want a place to share it all. And that place is here!

Something else happened. In stepping away, I started hearing from many of you how much you missed the interviews. Some of you said very clearly (and loudly), ‘We need to keep hearing these stories.’

I couldn’t agree more.

With all of that in mind, I took some time to think about what this could look like, and I figured it out. So, let me introduce AudioDiaspora V2.0, where we celebrate the Sound of Global Black Culture. That is, the pop culture conversations Black creatives worldwide are inspiring through their bold ideas and creative innovation. You’ll hear about them twice a month in this newsletter through:

Podcast reviews

Curated Lists, and yes….

Creator Interviews.

And I’ll also throw in a few cat videos for good measure.

*Takes a deep, cleansing breath*
